C’mon Tracy! WTH! You’re giving my nothing. She said, “If a lawyer has commercials on T.V., they aren’t a very good, reputable lawyer.” I assume she would include print ads. I assume she would include accountants.
Am I the only one that feels this aversion to professionals “branding” themselves like this? (When I say branding, I mean wanting people to hire you based on knowing your face. Like you are the brand they are buying.) It’s something that politicians do. It certainly doesn’t ellicit trust. Here’s a great example:
I think there’s a reason that these commercials are shown predominantly during daytime court shows. Demographics, people! So this is the kind of reputation Tracy is building for herself.
I can’t wait for her commercial…

Anyway, some of you crazy ladies will probably LOVE this blog. This person (guy? girl? can’t tell) is a conservative. And….wait for it….an atheist. How the hell does that happen? Notice the conspicuous absence of my comments. Well, first notice the conspicuous absense of ANY comments. After you’ve noticed that, than notice my comments or lack there of. You would think that someone with such a small readership would positively jump at the chance to have someone, ya know, reading. Wenchy just wasn’t that thrilled. I didn’t curse, and I wasn’t rude (unless you call be sarcastic and disagreeing with him/her rude), and yet my comment was denied.
Not only that, but Wenchy posted a topic, since taken down, that said that I was poor and trying to take her/his money away. I think it may have said something about my momma too. (I’m working on the pronoun problem. Any ideas?) So in my last comment to Wenchy, I invited shim to come over here and see how great a blog can be if you let people participate.

I was doing my daily Wallet Pop visit, and there’s a small (I mean teeny tiny) situation over there. I need you guys to weigh in as an unbiased audience. Let’s say you stumble across a blog entry entitled, “The restaurant industry’s dirty secret” and this is the picture displayed with the entry:
What do you think the blog entry is about? I mean, when you see this pic, what’s the first thing you think. The entry in question was not written by Tracy, BTW.
I haven’t seen anyone else say anything, but are Dave and I the only people that noticed that Terry Bradshaw said the ‘f’ word on national television?
In the preshow broadcast before the Super Bowl, Howie was putting on a cap and Terry said, “Did they have a hat big enough for your huge fucking head?” or something like that.
