Suzy Q has deleted Afterwards. There was so much potential there. It’s really sad that from the get go both Suzy and Raisin decided to run it the way they did. Having the courage of your convictions is not for the faint of heart, but trying to paint a picture of who you are instead of just being your authentic self is even harder. I wish they could have made a go of it.
Now that it’s down, I’m sure there will be talk that I drove them from their blog. Raisin’s already mentioned here that I’m like a Mafioso, and that I feel that people should be asking my permission to blog. Well, if their blog was still up, you could have seen that I welcomed them on the very first post. Anybody’s voice is welcomed.
The problem that I see with PT and also with Afterwards is that they banned me! No, I’m kidding. The problem is the manipulation. The constant whining about the “bad people”. The inability to back up the facts about…well, ANYTHING. They have every right to write whatever they want on their blog. They could say the world is flat if they want, but once their opinion is out there I have the same right to disagree, refute, etc. So am I telling them what to blog, or are they telling me what to blog? That’s your call.
As far as personal attacks go, I’m a little confused about this issue. If you write a blog about your job, and you express your opinion about that job and someone disagrees with you, I don’t consider that a personal attack. If you write about your religion on a regular basis, and then act exactly the opposite of what your religion states, be ready to defend your actions. Am I the internet police? No. But the world is filled with people like me. I ask tough questions, and I expect to get answers because that is my personality. Some people can’t hang with me. That’s OK.
So how is Tracy involved in this fiasco? Well, she has apparently convinced Raisinberry and Suzy Q and I’m sure countless others that if she goes down the whole Anti-MK “movement” will go down. This is not the case. Tracy didn’t invent anti-MK, and I’m sure that after Pink Truth is long gone, there will be people blogging about how much they hate MK too. The information is out there, and the majority of it has not been written by Tracy. I mean, Raisin and Suzy both have written countless articles on the subject. Why they believe that by protecting Tracy they are protecting their cause is a mystery.
One other thing…
I am not and never have been on the payroll of MKC. I don’t receive anything for the precious time I spend blogging. Not even a free lipstick. It’s a sad, pathetic hobby, but it’s mine.

Afterward was killed by fear and doubt…that is the one and only culprit. Pinktruth will die by the hand of it’s owner as well, an owner who is asolutely steeped in fear and doubt. Sheer will alone will may take you to where you hope to go but once you get there you realize it’s someplace you would never want to live.
This is exactly what I had hoped that Raisin and Suzy would not succumb to….fear and doubt.
There is an african story about lions. In order to round up the gazelle more easily the old lions who were slow and weaker would hide in the bush while the the young, fast lions chased them. As the young, strong lions herded the gazelle to the thicket the old lions would release their tremendous roar…echoing through the air the gazelle would become frightened, turn around and run away….straight into the waiting young lions and would be devoured. If they had not feared the roar and run TOWARD it, they would have survived because the older lions had nothing left but their roar…they were too weak to catch or maim the gazelles.
This is what we need to do in life…we need to run into the roar…it’s too bad that Suzy and Raisin did not do that.

Yeah it is deleted. I’m glad, only because I get too caught up in all the blog drama sometimes and also Raisinberry’s rants were giving Suzy Q a bad name by association. I have never seen Suzy Q go off on a religious rant or blame all her problems on others.
Maybe a healing place or blog is needed for those who were hooked on MK and didn’t leave when they became unhappy, but instead did up downward spiral and started (or kept) buying their way up. Or maybe they could just move on with life and think “Oh well, live and learn”.
If a healing blog is started again, I hope they stay on topic and really help some of those like, in my opinion, Raisinberry, who still have not moved on with life but are still fuming at being “taken” and not owning up to their part of their mess.

Well, if you ask me (and you didn’t) I think closing up shop was for the best.
Duh claims that Rainsinberry really was really the one melting down in here yesterday. However, if you read those words, they are so not like what or in the manner that Raisinberry writes. There was some well-deserved speculation that she was even drunk– well, she was drunk or drugged or something. She was clearly not in control of her mental faculties.
How long have they been at that new blog, anyway? Has it been a week? And they already folded up shop? Yeah, it was definitely for the best as that duty was falling a bit heavy on Raisin, at least.
Besides, I think this place is a much better place for those done with PT hugging and ready to move on with life. Afterward was just another PT clone of sorts– same shenanigans and groupthink.
Maybe someday ole Raisin will “get” it. LOL She did allude to this didn’t she? Damn that was funny.
Which reminds me Duh, when you called her old, I damn near died I was lauging so hard. Also- you have been quite civil in your recent attempts at discourse with her and her lackeys.

I haven’t read the whole story or any comments but I think SuzyQ should start her own blog and she can have Raisinberry or anyone submit stories via email to be posted on her blog-“guest posters” or something. It looked like it was her blog anyway.

Regardless of what ANYONE says or believes, the majority of us (if not all of us at one time or another) really wanted that blog to do well.

Okay– I read these words on PT blog today that Raisin wrote about integrity. I just had a tough time reading her article today after what went on the last few days. Doing the right thing as she says, is not always the easiest. This rings with so much truth with regarding to her own willingness to turn a blind eye towards the TC tactics and her subsequent unwillingness to call TC on her own lack of integrity regarding PT.
Raisin can not be blind to what is being done to folks over there and it does take integrity to stand up and speak out against it as Shay and Mrs. and others so recently did over there.
I guess it is much easier to close one’s eyes and pretend not to see what is right in front of them. She’s back at it as before– dancing to the TC tune. Just what WILL it take before this hypocrisy ends?

I like to say in regard to ANY change that for as long as a narrative is sufficient for someone they cannot ever be swayed to another way of thinking, no matter how persuasive the swayer…the moment that the narrative breaks down and they see the inadequecy of it then they begin to listen and perhaps make a change.
