I know we voted not to do hatemail anymore but I had to post this one just to show how far Tracy is stretching her ‘hatemail’.
First thing you will notice is that this director is responding to Tracy and Pink Truth because someone went to her unitnet site guestbook and posted something. Although I can’t say for sure what was posted, I can say with certainty that it was not hugs and kisses. Some might find PTer’s actions of posting on guestbooks as hateful. Thats for you to decide.
The second thing that I noticed is that Truth Not Tears calls this letter ‘offensive, abusive and shows no signs of leadership skills’. As much as I have read this letter, I have yet to see what is offensive or abusive. If this is TNT’s version of abusive, she needs to lock herself in her bathroom and never interact with another living being again. I certainly hope for her sensitive soul, she never encounters Tracy’s angry side. Then she really will know abusive and offensive.
The last piece of the pie was TNT’s own words once again. She claims that a real leader is willing to listen, hear other opinions and guide… not mandate how you are supposed to feel. Does she think that Tracy Coenen exhibits those leadership qualities? She’s kidding herself if she really thinks that.

I’m sorry to say that this attitude is rampant among Mary Kay directors. They talk about having a blessed day but show hate in their words. Sad, really sad. I am so sick of MK’ers just repeating the almost scripted company vision and including things like good self-esteem and integrity. Enough already!! Do they even understand what they are repeating or is this just another case of “it ain’t gotta be pretty it just gotta get done”?
Integrity–adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character; honesty.
Anyone can say that they stand for integrity, but the true test is in a person or company’s actions. I met women in my former unit whom I believe were trying to build their business through honest sales and recruiting without frontloading, but it seems, from reading through other posts that a majority of success in Mary Kay has nothing to do with integrity at all! |

After several months of observing the drama on PT, I finally got sick of it. I check in now and then to check the day’s topics on the main site, but hardly ever read the comments any more. The forum is incredibly boring. I find the comments of many of the regular posters to be down right stupid. I expect that from some random passers by, but I am appalled when it comes from the Mavens.
Is it me or does anyone else think that Raisenberry should move on and apply her wonderful writing talent more productively? What a waste…tsk tsk.

I think ScrewU said when she wrote this that ‘someone’ had gone on the director’s unitnet site. She didn’t say Tracy had done it. Although Tracy has done her fair share of posting on people’s unitnet sites and spamming people with unwanted and unsolicited emails from Pink Truth. And if you weren’t the person that posted on that site, how do you know what they wrote?
A director responding to a message in her unitnet site to Pink Truth when she was told to check it out, is not unfounded. It seems like human nature. Someone asked her to check it out. She did. And that was her opinion of what she saw. PTers are NOT the only people on the earth that get to have an opinion. And there was absolutley nothing abusive or offensive about what she said. She was nicer than PTer’s would be to her.
As far as Me is concerned. She doesn’t comment that often. Unlike PTer’s, we seem to have a good balance here. We can check it out, comment and then go on with our daily lives. No one here needs a Duh support group like on Pink Truth. No one here has replaced an MK addiction with a Pink Truth Addiction.
Glad you found our blog here. Hope you learn a thing or 100 about Tracy and her naughty ways. So much to see…

It seems I have said something wrong or you misunderstood me. The UnitNet site was not password protected. This director is on my list on my UnitNet.-like my favorites list. Of course the director is going to check out the comments on her UnitNet site. It’s her site. A potential IBC recruit had posted on the director’s site that she was unsure of starting her business. Another person posted after the potential recruit telling the potential recruit to check out pinktruth.com. There were a few other posts from another IBC and another unknown about their views. The director was responding to this post directing the potential recruit to pinktruth.com and the other post discussing Pink Truth. I didn’t say there was anything wrong with her responding to the posts on her site. I felt bad for her that it was left unprotected for almost two weeks.
I was just stopping through and posted here. In my opinion, it looks like the addiction here is Pink Truth addiction-not on Pink Truth, but at Pink Truth. But I only read through a few threads. I need to read and study this blog more. Thanks for the welcome. I personally don’t know Tracy and I personally never will. It seems like everyone here has had encounters with her personally. Ok-enough from me-definitely didn’t mean to turn up the heat. It’s hot enough already in my area. Whew!

I may have misunderstood your comment addiction here, but I get the feeling you feel we are addicted to bashing PT and Tracy. That is not the case, although it can be fun. 🙂
The ladies here are not addicted to this blog or PT. We all have full lives that go on with or without the blogs. We are here because we have some things in common, we like one another and want to have a bit of fun. If while we are at it, we can share Tracy’s and PT’s mean attacks on those who don’t fall to her line of thinking, underhanded backstabbing ways, inconsistancies and lies with others, than great.
There are many posters here, MKers, ex-MKers, ex-PTers and others. We get along because we don’t stab one-another in the back. We don’t hate on those who still work their MK businesses. We don’t hate on those who decided MLM’s weren’t for them. Our common denominator: we have integrity.
We welcome you to read through the blog and take what information you find, analyze it and come to your own conclusion. We will not try to force our way of thinking on you, although we might encourage it.
